About the role
You'll safeguard the promise at the heart of our business — clean, legally sound land. Conduct title due diligence, verify BMRDA/DTCP approvals, handle registration paperwork and liaise with sub-registrar offices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct title and encumbrance due diligence
- Verify layout approvals and conversion orders
- Manage registration and documentation
- Liaise with revenue and registration authorities
Requirements
- LLB with 3+ years in property/land law
- Deep knowledge of Karnataka land records
- Experience with BMRDA/DTCP approvals
