About the role

You'll be the first voice customers hear. Call inbound leads, understand their requirements, answer basic questions about our projects, and book site visits for the field sales team. Great entry point into a real estate sales career.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify inbound enquiry leads
• Schedule site visits and confirm appointments
• Update lead status in the CRM
• Share project brochures and price lists over WhatsApp

Requirements

• Good spoken Kannada, English and Hindi
• Comfortable making 60+ calls a day
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
